Terms of Service

Agreement
By signing up for or using Plugstation ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will indicate the last updated date at the top of this page.
The Service
Plugstation is an operating station for resellers: inventory management, listing creation, and integration with marketplaces such as Vinted. We provide a web app and optional browser extension. Features and limits may change; we will communicate material changes where appropriate.
Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
Payment and subscription
Paid plans (e.g. Core) are billed in pounds sterling (£) via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) until you cancel. Prices and billing intervals are shown in the app and at sign-up. We may change prices with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in the app, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us and we will work with you and Stripe to resolve it.
Acceptable use
You must use the Service in line with applicable laws and marketplace rules (e.g. Vinted's terms). You may not: use the Service for fraud or illegal activity; attempt to circumvent access or usage limits; abuse or overload our systems; scrape or resell the Service; or use it in a way that harms others or our reputation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of the content you upload and the data you create. You grant us the rights we need to operate the Service (e.g. storing, processing, and transmitting your data to deliver features such as listings and integrations). Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that listings or integrations will always succeed. Marketplaces may change their APIs or rules; we are not responsible for their actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and limit our liability as set out in these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, for operational or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription as described above. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete or retain data in line with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
